Job Summary
MCON is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive / HR & Admin Executive to manage HR activities across construction projects, PEB/structural steel manufacturing facilities, and corporate operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, labour management, statutory compliance support, contractor coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. The role requires regular coordination with factory employees, engineers, supervisors, project/site teams, labour contractors, accounts, and management. Candidates with previous experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, PEB, infrastructure, or industrial companies will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams.
- Support statutory compliance and labour-related activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and site/project teams.
- Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain HR and administrative reports.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with project and factory teams.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of new and existing employees.
- Assist management with HR-related reports and requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Mahalaxmi Industrial Construction Pvt. Ltd. (MICPL) is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our structural steel and PEB manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. The QC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout the fabrication process, from incoming raw material inspection to cutting, fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection, surface preparation, painting, and final dispatch. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in PEB, structural steel fabrication, heavy fabrication, or similar manufacturing operations and should be comfortable working directly on the shop floor.Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and verify material certificates.
- Monitor fabrication activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct fit-up and welding inspections.
- Perform dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Monitor welding quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Inspect surface preparation and painting activities.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable quality standards.
- Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
- Support internal and customer inspections.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication and PEB.
- Experience in quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
